Delete your Freigent account

This permanently deletes your login and removes your personal information. You can also do this inside the mobile app under Profile → Delete Account.

What gets deleted

  • • Your login account — you will not be able to sign in again.
  • • Your name, email address, phone number, home address, profile photo, and device token.
  • • Your driver's license and CDL numbers, and any license, medical card, or background-check images attached to your profile.
  • • Your membership in every organization on the platform.
  • • If you were the only member of your own organization, that organization is closed too.

What is kept, and why

  • • Records of loads you hauled, inspections, and delivery documents are kept with your personal details removed. Carriers are required to retain these under FMCSA recordkeeping rules, and they belong to the carrier's business records rather than to your profile.
  • • Invoices and payment records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.

Deletion happens immediately. Residual copies in encrypted backups age out within 30 days. Questions: [email protected].
