Run your broker inbox from Claude
Ask Claude which carriers quoted on your loads. Freigent lists the quotes from your inbox, counters under your private ceiling, and sends the reply you approve in the same email thread.

How it goes
- 01Ask what came in"Which carriers quoted on my loads?" lists the carrier quotes from the inbox connected to Freigent, with each carrier's ask and where it stands.
- 02Open one and counterFreigent recommends accepting or a counter under your ceiling: your customer rate less your margin (8% unless you set one). The ceiling never appears in an email.
- 03Approve and sendClaude writes the reply, you read the exact email, and Freigent sends it in the same thread. In Claude, a card button puts its request in the chat box; press Enter to send it.
In Freigent, Setup walks you through it: connect the work email carriers quote to, connect Claude, and negotiate your first load.
Your inbox has emails. Freigent shows the negotiations.
Every carrier quote in one list
Ask what carrier quotes came in. Each one shows the lane, the carrier's ask and where it stands.
A counter under your ceiling
Open a quote and Freigent recommends accepting or a counter under your ceiling, set from your customer rate less your minimum margin. Your ceiling never appears in an email.
You read it, you send it
The exact email shows before it goes. Nothing is sent until you press Send. If FMCSA shows a problem with the carrier, or the carrier is not on your list yet, the card tells you before you send; the call is yours.
What it won’t do
- Quote a market rate. Every number comes from you or your own history.
- Send a counter above your ceiling, or put your ceiling or customer rate in an email. Accepting takes your explicit accept on a draft you approve, with any FMCSA warning about the carrier shown before you send; a counter at or above the carrier's own ask is refused.
- Reply to anyone but the carrier on file for the quote (or someone at their company).
- Send rate confirmations, payments or invoices from chat.
