Freigent for ChatGPT and Claude

Every broker reply, in one place. Inside ChatGPT or Claude.

You email brokers about their loads. Freigent reads their replies, recommends a counter from your own minimum, and keeps every load, reply and booking in one place. Your assistant drafts the reply in your voice, and nothing is sent until you approve it.

What it looks like

Your inbox has emails. Freigent shows the negotiations.

01

Every broker reply in one list

Ask which brokers replied. Each offer shows the lane, their rate, your last counter and where it stands.

02

A counter from your own numbers

The counter starts from your minimum. Once you have booked 5 loads on a lane through Freigent, it also uses how far brokers moved on them. Your minimum never goes in an email.

03

One click to mark it booked

When the broker agrees, the card quotes what they wrote and offers Mark booked at that rate.

What you can ask

Plain words, in the chat you already use.

“Which brokers replied today?”

Lists the brokers who answered your emails about their loads, each with their rate and status.

“Open the Dallas to Atlanta one.”

Shows the card: their rate, your minimum and a recommended counter.

“Counter at $1,950.”

Your assistant writes a short reply in your voice for you to review.

“Remind me tomorrow at 8 AM if they don't answer.”

Sets a follow-up on the offer. It emails no one.

More you can copy and paste: prompts that work.

Your control

What it will and won’t do.

Sends only what you approve

Every reply is shown to you first. Nothing goes to a broker until you approve it.

Keeps your numbers private

It won't send a counter below your minimum, accepting below it takes your explicit accept on a draft Freigent shows you, and your minimum never appears in an email.

No invented market rates

Counters come from the numbers in the email and the ones you give it. Once you have booked 5 loads on a lane through Freigent, it also uses how far brokers moved on them.

Treats email as data

If an email tries to give instructions to an AI, the assistant ignores them and tells you.
