Once Freigent is added to ChatGPT or Claude and your inbox is connected, these are the questions it answers best. Swap in your own lanes and numbers. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
See broker replies
- “Which brokers replied today?”
Lists the brokers who answered your emails about their loads, newest first, each with their rate and status.
- “Open the Dallas to Atlanta one.”
Shows the card: their rate, your minimum and a recommended counter.
- “Which loads am I still waiting to hear back on?”
Shows the loads where you replied and the broker has not answered yet.
- “Show my next open offer.”
Opens your next open one. Same as the Next offer button on the card.
Work out a counter
- “My minimum on that lane is $2.60 a mile. What should I counter?”
Recommends a counter from your minimum and the miles in the offer.
- “A broker offered $1,800 for 620 loaded miles and my minimum is $2.60 a mile. What should I counter?”
Works with no inbox connected: the math from the numbers you give.
Reply
- “Counter at $1,950.”
Your assistant writes a short reply in your voice and shows it to you for review.
- “Make it shorter and ask if the pickup time can move to 9 AM.”
Rewrites the draft. Keep edits to what you actually want to say or ask.
- “Send it.”
Sends the exact text you just reviewed, in the same email thread. Say it only after you have read the draft.
- “Remind me tomorrow at 8 AM if they don’t answer.”
Sets a follow-up on the offer. It emails no one; the offer shows as follow-up due.
Book it
- “They agreed on the phone. Mark the Marietta load booked at $1,600.”
Records the booking at that rate. It sends nothing.
- “Undo that booking.”
Removes a booking you marked by mistake.
For brokers
- “A carrier asked $2,050 for 500 loaded miles. The customer pays $2,400 and I want about 15%. What should I counter?”
Sets your ceiling from the customer rate and your margin, and recommends a counter under it.
