Negotiate load offers from ChatGPT
Ask ChatGPT which brokers replied. Freigent lists the load offers in your inbox, works out a counter from your own minimum, and sends the reply you approve in the same email thread.
Set it up in ChatGPT →Free for 10 negotiations a month. The setup steps are for a computer.
How it goes
- 01Ask who replied"Which brokers replied?" brings up this week's load offers from the inbox connected to Freigent: the lane, the broker's rate, your last counter and where each one stands.
- 02Open one and counterThe offer card shows the broker's offer, your saved minimum (the broker never sees it) and Freigent's counter from your own numbers. After five bookings on a lane through Freigent, it also uses how far brokers moved on them.
- 03Approve and sendChatGPT writes the reply, you read the exact email, and Freigent sends it in the same thread. When the broker agrees in their reply, mark the load booked in one click.

What it looks like
Your inbox has emails. Freigent shows the negotiations.
01
Every broker reply in one list
Ask which brokers replied. Each offer shows the lane, their rate, your last counter and where it stands.
02
A counter from your own numbers
The counter starts from your minimum. Once you have booked 5 loads on a lane through Freigent, it also uses how far brokers moved on them. Your minimum never goes in an email.
03
One click to mark it booked
When the broker agrees, the card quotes what they wrote and offers Mark booked at that rate.
What it won’t do
- Quote a market rate. Every number comes from you or your own history.
- Send a counter below your minimum, or put your minimum in an email. Accepting below it takes your explicit accept on a draft you approve.
- Reply to anyone but the broker on file for the offer (or someone at their company).
- Search load boards.
